We create a personalized care plan in collaboration with the resident, family members, and healthcare providers. During the first weeks, our team observes closely to ensure the plan suits the individual well, making adjustments as needed. We also focus on helping residents settle into their new home comfortably, introducing them to other residents and daily activities at their own pace.

We recognize that needs can change, sometimes gradually and sometimes more suddenly. Our care team regularly reviews each resident's care plan, typically every few months or whenever circumstances suggest a review would be helpful. If additional support becomes necessary, we work with families to adjust the care plan appropriately. Our staff is trained to notice subtle changes in ability or well-being, allowing us to respond proactively rather than waiting for concerns to become more serious. This ongoing attention helps residents remain comfortable and well-supported throughout their stay.

We offer a variety of activities designed to match different interests and abilities. These include gentle exercise programs adapted to mobility levels, creative activities like art and crafts, music sessions ranging from sing-alongs to concerts, gardening opportunities in our outdoor spaces, and social gatherings for conversation and connection. Activities are optional, and we encourage residents to participate as much or as little as they prefer. Our activity coordinator works to understand individual interests and sometimes arranges special programs based on resident suggestions.

Family visits are welcome and encouraged at Rosewood Manor. We believe that maintaining family connections supports residents' well-being significantly. While we have general visiting hours to respect residents' routines and rest periods, we can accommodate special circumstances with advance notice. Families are welcome to join residents for meals, participate in activities together, or simply spend quiet time in comfortable visiting areas. We also keep families informed through regular updates about their loved one's day-to-day experiences and any changes in care needs.

Safety and privacy are fundamental to our care approach. Our building features secure entry systems, well-lit hallways and common areas, and safety features in all resident rooms and bathrooms. Staff members are present around the clock to respond to needs and monitor for any concerns. We respect each resident's privacy through discrete assistance with personal care, private conversations about health matters, and respecting personal space in both private and shared rooms. Personal information is handled according to privacy regulations, with access limited to those directly involved in care.
